Palm Coast, Florida – Open Source Capital plans to help developer build affordable rental community
Plans are to build a rental apartment complex located at US 1 and Belle Terre Blvd, Palm Coast, Florida. Other development will include commercial and single family homes.
The goal is to address median income housing needs. Palm Coast home values have gone up 5.2% over the past year and Zillow predicts they will rise 2.2% within the next year.
