DEAL # 2

Dequity Equity Investment in Entertainment & Dinning

In 2002, the original John Wehner’s Village Door was designed to simply be a nightclub in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, Florida. The venue since added a restaurant serving authentic, tasty barbeque, burgers, craft beer, and more. The original Village Door has been a hit with families, tourists, and party-goers looking for delicious food, live music, and pulse-quickening dancing into the night with a curated house band and professional DJ cranking out beats. Following the success of this venue, the Company has begun expansion to a second location at the Seascape Resort. The Village Door Seascape will become the pinnacle of tourist entertainment for Florida’s Emerald Coast, capitalizing on an established brand and deep knowledge about what works in the Destin area market.
